EA has verified that Anthem, the company’s upcoming open-entire world, multiplayer motion-RPG from developer BioWare, has officially been delayed to 2019, in accordance to a report from The Wall Street Journal (via Polygon.)

Anthem was initially announced at E3 2017 as a wholly new property, with a planned tumble 2018 launch day that it seems it will no extended be creating. At the time, EA showcased a flashy gameplay demo, demonstrating off huge exosuit wearing “freelancers” in an on-line entire world that seems not unlike Bungie’s Future games, entire with an emphasis on accumulating weapons and products by randomized drops.
