Amazon has purchased its first animated collection: a dramedy from BoJack Horseman’s creator, Raphael Bob-Waksberg, and its writer/producer Kate Purdy. In accordance to Amazon, the 50 %-hour collection, Undone, is about a lady named Alma who discovers she has a “new partnership with time” right after a car or truck accident.
Bob-Waksberg and Purdy will also govt create, along with Noel Brilliant and Steven A. Cohen (both govt producers on BoJack), and Tommy Pallotta (A Scanner Darkly). Artist Hisko Hulsing will get the job done with a group of designers in the Netherlands to visualize the story.
The news doesn’t indicate Bob-Waksberg and Purdy’s partnership with Netflix is over. Just previous thirty day period, Netflix purchased yet another ten-episode animated collection from Bob-Waksberg, Brilliant, and Cohen, identified as Tuca & Bertie.
